AbstractThecrime of contract fraud to the act in which for the purpose of illegal possession,the party fraudulently defrauds the properties of relatively large amount of the other party in the conclusion and executionofthecontract.The crime exists in the understanding and application of the following main challenges:the crime of fraud identified,accomplishedrecognizedstandards identified, as well as thepurposeofillegalpossession of identification.In order to understand andapplyto contract fraud, and more in line with the purpose of criminallawandsocialjustice,wemustaddresstheseproblems.ThispaperisacasestudybasedMastersThesis,describesfromthefollowingthreeaspects.Thefirstpartofthis paper is the introduction of the case, and makealistofthethreefocusofcontroversyinthiscase.Thesecondpartof this paper is on the application of law and case;Inthispart,theauthorfirstlydescribesthedeterminationoffraud, followedbydiscussionof the standard of accomplishment of crime of contractfraud,thefinalanalysisoftheidentificationofthepurposeof illegalpossession.The third part of this paper is a case study conclusions and recommendations;In this part, the author summarizes thefollowing problems:Firstly, whether the defendant constitutes the crime of contractfraud;Secondly, if the defendant in this case constitutes acrime,howtodeterminetheamountofcrime;Thirdly,ifthedefendantinthiscase constitutes a crime, the crime is accomplished already;Finally,ifthedefendantinthiscaseconstitutesacrime,shouldbehow tosentencing.Key words:Crime of Contract Fraud;Fraud;AccomplishedStandard;Purpose of Illegal Possession目录绪论........................................................................................................................1（一）选题意义................................................................................................1（二）研究现状................................................................................................1（三）研究方法...
