Next, I analyzed the actual states of administrative efficiency supervision nowadays. It is still the initial exploratory phase of administrative efficiency supervision in our country. There are so many problems such as minds are not in place, leadership system being not perfect, lag of legal system , being lack of evaluation standards, the single form of accountability and so on. Then, I present a real case which I was familiar with to show the problems of administrative efficiency supervision of supervisory bureau of Changzhou Hi-Tech Province. In addition, I put forward the general development methods of administrative efficiency supervision in our country based on the above survey, which are enhancing organizations of supervision over administrative efficiency, regulating mechanisms and improving procedures, innovating ways of administrative efficiency supervision, promoting the building of the assessment mechanism and improving the accountability system.
