Subject:Preparationandpropertiesof C17H15O3N3lanthanide complexes Specialty:Applied ChemistryName:SongChaochao(Signature) Instructor: Liu Xiangrong(Signature) ABSTRACTAcylhydrazonecompoundshavebeenwidelyusedinmanyaspectssuchaschemistry, chemicalengineering,biologyandmedicine,sincetheypocessuniquechemicalstructureand goodbiologicalactivity.Inthispaper,weintroducedindolewhichhasstrongbiological activityintoacylhydrazonecompoundtosynthsisanovelindoleacylhydrazonecompound and its lanthanide metal complexes.Themain researches are as follows:The(3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzaldehyde)-1H-indole-3-carbohydrazone(C17H15O3N3) whichhasnotbeenreportedwaspreparedfromtheindole-3-methylformateanditssingle crystalwasobtainedbyslowevaporationofmethanolaqueoussolution.Therestltsof X-raycrystaldiffractionshowthatthecompoundcrystallizesinthemonoclinicspace groupP2(1)/nwithZ=4,a=7.456(15)?,b=23.793(5)?,c=8.463(17)?,α=90°, β=93.763(4)°,γ=90°.C17H15O3N3anditscomplexesweresynthesizedandcharacterizedbyelementalanalysis, complexometry,FT-IRandUV-Visspectra.Itwasfoundthatthepossiblestructureofthe complexis Ln[(C17H14O3N3)2(H2O)4]·(NO3)·2H2O.The thermal decomposition process and the thermal stability of C17H15O3N3 and itscomplexes were measured by TG-DTG, and their apparent activation energies were calculated byKissinger’sand Ozawa’sequations.TheabilityofC17H15O3N3anditscomplexesbindingtoCT-DNAwereinvestigatedby UV-Visspectraandmicrocalorimetry,itwasfoundthatthebindingabilityofthe complexes with CT-DNAwerebetter than the ligand.ThereactionheatsofC17H15O3N3withPucciniaStriiformihavebeenmeasuredby microcalorimetryexperiments,theresultssuggestthatthecompoundhaseffective inhibitor against the Puccinia striiformis.Keywords:Lanthanide, Complexes, Synthesis, PropertyThesis:AppliedBasic Study目录目录1绪论......................................................................................................................................11.1吲哚类化合物研究现状...............................................................
