BillrothIversusBillrothIIversusRoux-en-Ygastroenterostomiesafterdistalgastrectomyforgastriccancer:AsystematicreviewABSTRACTObjective Usingthemethodofevidence-basedmedicinetoevaluateclinicaleffectiveness ofBillrothI,BillrothIIandRoux-en-Ygastroenterostomyafterdistalgastrectomyforgastric cancer.MethodsAcomputerizedliteraturesearchofPubMed,Embase,WebofScienceandthe CochraneCentralRegisterofControlledTrialsintheCochraneLibrary,CBM,VIP,CNKIand WanfangwascarriedoutbetweenJanuary1990andApril2013,tosearchalltheRCTsandOCS ofBillrothI,BillrothIIandRoux-en-Ygastroenterostomiesafterdistalgastrectomyforgastriccancer.Meta-analyseswasperformedwithCochraneCollaboration’sRevMan5.0.16software.Networkmeta-analysiswas performedwithR3.01softwarebyusingnlmepackage.ResultsAtotalof6RCTsand15OCSinvolving707and2162patientsrespectivelywere included.RCTsresults:1.Roux-en-Ygastroenterostomyhasalowerincidenceratelessthanthe othertwogastroenterostomiesinremnantgastritisandrefluxesophagitis.2.Inoperationtime, BillrothIgastroenterostomytakeslessthantheothertwogastroenterostomies.3.Roux-en-Y gastroenterostomyhasalowerincidencerateinbilerefluxthanBillrothIgastroenterostomy.4. BillrothIandBillrothIIgastroenterostomyhavenosignificantdifferencesinincidenceratesof anastomoticleakageandanastomoticstricture.5.BillrothIandRoux-en-Ygastroenterostomy havenosignificantdifferencesinincidenceratesofintraoperativebloodloss,hospitalstay, anastomoticleakage,anastomoticstricture,delayedgastricemptyingandtimetoresumedoral intake.OCSresults:1.Roux-en-Ygastroenterostomyhasalowerincidence ratelessthantheother twogastroenterostomiesinremnantgastritis,refluxesophagitis,bilerefluxanddumping symptoms. 2.
