AbstractWith the development and maturity of the technology and ideas of BIM, the escalating update of BIM software products,the technology of BIM within China beganto be used in various fields of civil engineering design, construction, operation, etc.But in terms of Architectural design,the survey shows that the rate of BIM using in Architecture and equipment is more than in structure ,however,the structural design is an integral part of the BIM.therefore,how to take advantage of BIM in structural design is very important .The author firstly introduces the concept,principle,commons software,status quo of BIM ,and the advantages in the construction industry.secondly,explains the process of BIM design,analysis the problem of BIM in structural design,does some research in the Compatibility of Plane Method and the concept of BIM,analysis the Feasibility of how to intruduce the Plane Method into BIM,lists the advantages and disadvantages between3D solid Detailing expression reinforced and the Plane Method in BIM.In these prcoess of using the Plane Method in BIM,the authors create some highly intelligent annotation family symbol, and use its into the actual projects,realising the way of how to use the Plane Method into BIM,illustrating the feasibility of the Plane Method in BIM,realising the way of how to use IFC into BIM,and checked through in practice.finally,Doing some research for structural software of BIM in practical engineering.The research show that using 3D solid Detailing expression reinforced and the Plane Method in BIM is possible.the Plane Method in BIM can achieve consistency by using shared parameter label race,and its easy to modify and view the working drawing. this article is mainly use the actual design case to explain the availability, current status and future development of Plane Method in BIM.Keywords: BIM(building information model)The expression of Plane method Autodesk Revit StructureNote racestructural designIFC目 录摘要.....................
