ABSTRACTThe 21s century is an era full of challenges and opportunities. With the quick development of high-tech and comprehensive application of information technology, the global economy has gradually transferred into knowledge economy. With the continuous development of knowledge economy, knowledge corporations spring up. Knowledge workers are those employee who have special knowledge and working experience in knowledge corporations. As a group of personnel who seek acting on their own and individuality and creativity and diversify, the knowledge personnel are important in corporation performance. Knowledge workers and their knowledge are key factors in knowledge corporations. Knowledge corporation can not develop without proper motivation mechanism which can promote knowledge worker to dedicate their knowledge and skill. Thus, motivating knowledge workers is the most important job in knowledge corporations.The paper combines theory with practice and further applying theory to practice. It studies the motivation tactics of the knowledge personnel based on motivation theory, and analyses BH enterprises reality. The paper analyses the feature of the knowledge personnel. Based on the analysis of the needs of the knowledge personnel, then draw a conclusion: in a company, the motivation tactics must depent on fact of the corporation and should satisfy the needs of the personnel, so as to make them work hard. Then the author considered that it would better use two methods, outside mechanism and inside mechanism , to incentive the personnel in a company. It uses questionnaires to research, from these questionnaires, we try to find out encouragement mechanism operation condition in a company, and we also intent to make out the factors that affected the employees motivation mostly. We analyze the data that collect from the questionnaires and got the operated conditions of encouragement mechanism currently in the company and try to find a general law of the emplyees’ n
