六直叶圆盘涡轮式搅拌器的设计 Abstract Stirred tank reactor is applicable to various physical properties and reactions of various operating conditions,widely used in synthetic plastics, synthetic fibers, synthetic rubber, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, fertilizer, metallurgy, waste water treatment and other industries.The design of the polyester processing vessel is a class of chemical equipment, mixer,paddle for stirring through to participate in reactions of polyester mixed with nitrogen,so nitrogen in the polyester of good intergration and decentralization,enhanced heat and mass transfer between phasesThe result shows that:Passing Nitrogen into the esterification reactor will help improve the speed of polyester esterification,the average esterification rate increased 19.18% than the conventional process.Among them,the esterification reactor with nitrogen,the esterification process increased faster than 27.7%. Mixing equipment is widely used in industrial production,chemical production and chemical processes in the various chemical changes of materials are to participate in the reaction mix as the premise.The design is based on the use of secure reasonable structure design,the main pressure components such as cylinder,head,jacket thickness in detail the strength calculation and checking.Agitator design part mainly completed the tlender, reducer, motor and other selection,and the diameter of shaft design and verification. This design selected six-vertical-leaf disk turbine agitator,a blender which is widely used.It can effectively do almost all of the mixing operation,also can handle a wide range of fluid viscosity.In order to avoid the formation of vortex in the tank,that can reduce the tangential flow of reaction solution,arrange four baffles in the tank wall along the circumferential.
