浅谈当代秘书人员心理失衡问题 万源 【摘要】 秘书是领导的参谋和助手，工作任务繁重，事务繁杂。随着社会的不断发展，秘书工作被赋予的内涵越来越丰富，对秘书人员的要求也越来越高。地位的特殊、角色的复杂、社会要求的不断提高、工作的繁复以及当代秘书人员自身素质等原因，都常使秘书人员在工作中处于紧张状态，很容易产生心理失衡障碍。本文通过分析秘书人员心理失衡障碍的表现：嫉妒、孤僻、压抑、依赖、焦虑，找到产生这些失衡障碍的主、客观原因，以及由于秘书心理失衡障碍造成的危害：影响组织的正常发展、影响领导决策及导致决策失误、泄漏组织机密、丧失对“突发事件”的处理良机。并对问题的深入分析，提出了培养健全、完善的心理品质、不断积累知识、培养广泛高尚的情趣、建立良好的人际关系、找到合理的渠道，适度地发泄情绪和控制情绪、提高专业水平和工作能力的可行性建议。 【关键词】 秘书 心理失衡 调节 Secretarial staff of the contemporary problem of mental imbalance Sun dawei 【Abstract】 Leading the staff secretary and assistant, work is arduous, complicated matters.With the continuous development, secretarial work more and more content is given on the secretarial staff requirements are also increasing.The status of special，complex roles, social requirements of the continuous improvement of，complicated the work of secretarial staff and their quality of contemporary and other reasons, are often the work of the secretarial staff in a state of tension, it could lead to psychological imbalance disorders.This paper analyzes the performance of Secretary of psychological imbalance disorders jealousy ，withdrawn，suppress，dependent，anxiety disorder found to generate these imbalances subjective and objective reasons.Secretary of mental disorders as a result of the harm caused by an imbalance of the normal development of the organization ，of leadership decision-making and lead to poor decisions，leak confidential organization，loss of emergency treatment opportunities.Depth analysis of the problem and proposed develop sound，improve the psychological quality，continue to accumulate knowledge ，develop a broad and noble taste， establish good relationships，channels to a reasonable, moderate to vent their emotions and control their emotions，improve professional standards and ability to work the feasibility of proposals. 【Key words】 secretary mental imbalance adjust 1 引言 1.1 研究目的及意义 开展此项研究就是为了找到当代秘书人员在开展工作的过程中存在的心理失衡问题和引起这些问题的原因，尽可能结合所调查数据整理，采用相应的研究分析方
