论文题目 零配件仓库布局分析与优化 摘要 在世界各地,机械制造企业已普遍在满足制造水平的前提下将降低物流成本作为在竞争中取胜的重要措施。而对作为承担着保管、中转零配件的仓库的优化，就成为了实现这一目标的关键性途径之一。 本文介绍了仓储业的一些基本状况，结合仓储的特点以及对兰州电机公司零配件仓库的现状分析，力求改善仓库的布局以及存储策略。通过对仓库布局现状以及仓库物流量的分析，运用系统布置设计（SLP）的方法对仓库进行了重新布置设计，并以搬运距离为标准对新的设计方案进行了评价；运用ABC分类法将仓库存储的物品进行分类，为不同的分类制定合适的存储策略，并提出优化仓储管理的措施，以配合仓库布局的优化。这使得兰州电机公司的零配件仓库得到一定的优化，提高了仓库的运作效率，为企业增加收益。 关键词：机械制造行业，仓库，布局，存储策略，优化  Abstract In the world, machinery manufacturing enterprises have been widely reduced logistics costs as an important measure to win in the competition under the premise of the manufacturing level And optimization the warehouse which as assuming custody, transfer of spare parts, became one of critical ways that achieves the goal. This paper introduces the basic situation of the storage industry, combined with storage characteristics and the present situation analysis of the spare parts warehouse in Lanzhou Electric Motor Company, striving to improve the warehouse layout and storage strategies. Through the analysis of the warehouse layout present situation and the warehouse logistics volume, using the Systematic Layout Planning ( SLP ) method to re-layout design the warehouse and evaluate the new design with the transport distance as the standard; using ABC classification to classify the items of warehouse storage to develop an appropriate storage strategies for the different classifications, and proposed measures to optimize warehouse management, to cope with the optimization of the warehouse layout. These makes the Lanzhou Electric Motor Companys spare parts warehouse to a certain degree of optimization to improve the operational efficiency of the warehouses, and increase revenue for the enterprise.
