电子商务与国际贸易对中小外贸企业的影响 -----以珠三角为例 [论文摘要]随着互联网的普及，随即产生了新型的贸易方式---电子商务，使得网上交易成为可能。相对传统方式而言，电子商务在国际贸易方面的运用有着不可比拟的优势，它打破了传统贸易活动中物质、时间、空间、支付等问题对交易双方的限制, 突破了传统贸易方式中以单项物流为主的运作格局,实现网上货物、信息、货币的三流一体,随着电子商务的不断发展，在对国际贸易的信息化发展不断的推动前进下的同时对传统的贸易方式也产生了巨大的冲击。作为新型贸易方式的电子商务，用自身强大的竞争优势和旺盛的生命力，迅速在国际商务的各个领域中蔓延，对世界经济格局的改变产生深远影响。 电子商务作为一种新型的贸易方式，是利用电子信息技术进行商务活动的先进手段，本文通过以珠三角为例分析电子商务与国际贸易对中小外贸企业的影响，从而了解到珠三角的中小外贸企业在进行对外贸易中出现的问题，结合珠三角一家中小型外贸企业的发展历程，充分证明电子商务在企业管理运营中给企业发展带来的重大商机，产生巨大影响。然而，在应用电子商务产生巨大作用的同时也带来了不同程度的风险和其他不利因素。因此，不管是珠三角的外贸企业还是我国各地区的中小外贸企业，只有发展符合我国国情的电子商务才能使企业发展得更好。 [关键词]电子商务；中小型外贸企业；对外贸易 [Abstract] With the popularization of the Internet，e-commerce（EC）,a new form of trade，has generated ,which makes online trading possible. Compared with the traditional way, EC has incomparable advantage in international trade. On the one hand, EC break many limitations of traditional trade in material, time, space and mode of payment .On the other hand, EC break through the single logistics operation pattern in the traditional modes of trade and makes goods on the net, information, money become one. What’s more, EC continues to promote the development of international trade as it has a huge shock on traditional trade with the development of EC. As a new form of trade, EC spread rapidly in various fields in international business and have a profound impact on the world economic pattern change with its powerful competition advantage and vitality. EC is an advanced method to carry out business activities by using electronic information technology as a new trade way. This paper, which takes Pearl River Delta for example and combined with the development of a small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises to analyze the influence of electronic commerce and international trade of small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises will find the problems of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in foreign trade and prove that EC brings enterprise development opportunities in business operation
