“第九届中国雕塑论坛”纪要 　　 　　 9th China Sculpture Forum hosted by the Sculpture Speciality Board of Chinese Arts Crafts Association and Sculpture Magazine and undertaken by Zhejiang Tiancheng Modeling Art Co., Ltd. was convened in Huagnzhou during Dec 27 to 28. 　　 The topic of the forum was handing down and carrying forward?using for reference?promoting and developing. We probed into the relationship of the form and content of sculpture art to develop Chinas art based on promoting and developing Chinese and foreign excellent tradition and using for reference relative sister art. 　　The forum, retained to the topic with abundant visual materials and impassioned atmosphere in the assembly room was a hi-standard learning exchange conference. However, problem discussion was immersed into the binary contrary mentality category and Eastern andWestern Wind were equal in influence and power. 　　 Concerning the special topic discussion of the 10th anniversary for Sculpture Magazine, put forward the way of mentality injected into activities, namely, Chinas folkways-vulgar sculpture and put forward the topic, Social sculpture of 10th China Sculpture Forum 　　Sutra, Buddhism statues, coins, clothing, household utensils, etc experiencing for thousands of years were originally coarse, but thousands of years later, they experiencing new things took place in its form and content. In contemporary peoples eyes, it has new aesthetical value again. Therefore, the form disciplinarian is irresistible, immutable and progressive. 　　岁末年初，由中国工艺美术学会雕塑专业委员会、《雕塑》杂志社主办的，浙江天成造型艺术有限公司承办的“第九届中国雕塑论坛”于12月27日至28日在杭州美丽的西子湖畔召开。出席会议的有中国工艺美术学会雕塑专业委员会会长、著名雕塑家钱绍武先生、浙江省委统战部副部长方德根先生、原建设部全国城市雕塑规划办公室主任吉信先生、河北大学艺术学院院长杨文会先生、中国工艺美术大师陆光正先生、中国美院雕塑系系主任龙翔先生、西安美院雕塑系系主任陈云岗先生、湖北美院雕塑系系主任项金国先生、中国美院综合艺术系副主任韦天瑜先生、深圳雕塑院院长孙振华先生,以及来自中央美院、中国美院、清华美院、广州美院、西安美院、南京大学等各大艺术院校、艺术团体知名雕塑家们，在杭的新闻媒体也派代表列席了本次会议，中国美院的在校学生也到会旁听。会议分别由钱绍武、孙振华、陶如让、朱尚熹、范伟民主持。 　　“中国雕塑论坛”是中国《雕塑》杂志社为发展我国雕塑艺术而设立的一个专业性很强的思想交流和艺术创新的平台。它随着1995年《雕塑》杂志创刊而诞生，每年举办一次，至今已是第九次了。这届
