精品论文 参考文献 高效和超高效液相色谱法测定鼻舒适片中欧前胡素含量的比较 阳文武1 朱泽兵1 肖琦1 薛梅2 （1重庆万州食品药品检验所 重庆万州 404100） （2重庆三峡中心医院药剂科 重庆万州 404100） 【摘要】目的 运用高效液相色谱法和超高效液相色谱法对鼻舒适片中欧前胡素的含量进行测定，并对测定方法和结果进行比较。方法 高效液相色谱法中，色谱柱采用迪马C18柱（250mmtimes;4.6mm，5mu;m），流动相为甲醇-水（65：35），流速为1.0 ml/min，检查波长为300nm，进样量为10mu;l。超高效液相色谱法中，色谱柱采用Shim-pack XR-ODSIIIC18（70mmtimes;2mm，1.6mu;m），流动相为甲醇-水（58：42），流速为0.3 ml/min，进样量为3mu;l。结果 高效液相色谱法主峰出峰时间为45min，3批样品含量分别为0.086,0.085,0.082mg/片。超高效液相色谱法主峰出峰时间为3.5min，3批样品含量分别为0.087,0.086,0.082mg/片。结论 两种方法均可用于测定鼻舒适片中欧前胡素的含量，与高效液相色谱法相比，超高效液相色谱法加快了分离速度，提高了分离效率，减少了有机溶剂的使用。 【关键词】鼻舒适片 高效液相色谱法 超高效液相色谱法 欧前胡素 【中图分类号】R927.2 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）13-0148-02 Comparison of Contents of Imperatorin in Bishushi Tablets Determined by HPLC and UPLC Yang Wenwu1,Zhu Zebing1 ,XiaoQi1 , Xue Mei2 (1.Wanzhou Institute for Food and Durg Control,Wanzhou,Chongqing ,China 404100;2.Chong Qing Three Gorges Centre Hospital,Wanzhou ,Chongqing, China 404100) 【Abstract】 Objective：To determine the content of Imperatorin in Bishushi Tablets by the HPLC and UPLC methods and to compare the detecting methode and their detected results.Methods：In the HPLC method,the Diamonsil C18 column(250 mmtimes;4.6 mm,5mu;m)was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water(65:35)at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min,the injection volume was 10mu;l,and the detection wavelength was set at 300nm.. In the UPLC method, Shim-pack XR-ODSIIIC18 column(70 mmtimes;2mm,1.6mu;m)was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water(58:42)at a flow rate of 0.3ml/min ,and the injection volume was 3mu;l.Results：The appearance time of the main peak in HPLC was 45min,and the content of Imperatorin in there batches of samples were 0.084,0.082,0.081 mg /Tablet,respectively.
