精品论文 参考文献 锥形束CT在上颌前牙区埋伏牙定位中的临床应用 李婵秀1 王萍1 黄江勇2 （1 中山大学附属第三医院口腔科 广东广州 510630; 2 广州医学院口腔医院 广东广州 510140） 【摘要】目的 探讨锥形束CT（CBCT）在上颌前牙区埋伏牙定位中的临床应用价值。方法 收集广州医学院口腔医院2011—2012 年经普通曲面断层片确定有埋伏牙，但不能具体定位的患者23 例，进行CBCT 扫描和三维重建，确定埋伏牙在颌骨内的具体位置。结果 经CBCT 扫描和三维重建后，所有患者均可直观再现埋伏牙的形态、数目、在颌骨中的具体位置。根据CBCT 结果制订治疗方案，获得满意的治疗效果。结论 CBCT 三维重建对于上颌前牙区埋伏牙治疗方案的设计及实施具有重要意义。 【关键词】锥形束CT 埋伏牙 定位 【中图分类号】R782 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）29-0049-01 Application of Cone Beam CT in Location of Impacted Teeth in Maxillary Anterior Region LI Chan-xiu1, Huang Jiang-yong 2,Liang Huang ndash;you1 (1.Department of Stomatology, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University,Guangzhou ,510630, Guangdong Province，china;2.Department of prosthodontics， Stomatology hospital of Guangzhou Medical university, Guangzhou ,510630, Guangdong Province，china) 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of impacted maxillary teeth with cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT).Methods Twenty three cases were collected in our hospital from 2011 to 2013. they had Maxillary impacted teeth on the panoramic radiographs which could not provide accurate position.The Maxillary impacted teeth were scanned by CBCT.The three-dimensional images of Maxillary impacted teeth were obtained by multiplanar reconstructions to determine the specific location .In the maxillary.Results The morphology, the number ,the specific location and spital relationship with adjacent structures of the Maxillary impacted teeth could be showed by CBCT scanning and multiplanar reconstructions .The study.made treatment plan according to the results of CBCT,and obtain satisfactory curative effect.Conclusion It is important to resign and implement treatment for impacted teeth in maxillary anterior region by using CBCT and multiplanar reconstructions. 【key words】Cone beam computed tomography impacted teeth Position 埋伏牙包括埋伏阻生牙和埋伏多生牙，是由于萌出位置不够，或周围存在阻力，牙不能萌出至正常位置者，是临床上较常见的
