Tech., Xian 710055, China ) Abstract: To ensure reasonable and optimizing utilization of old industrial building and improve the green regeneration, according to established standards, specifications and relevant literature, this article sums up the main factors which affect old industrial buildings’ green regeneration. Combined with the data obtained during the investigation of 106 projects in China by taking development deci- sion-making stage for example, SME is used to analyze the degree of every factor on the impact of green regeneration and its interac- tion, and points out the main work contents during the development decision-making stage in order to reach the effect of green re- generation. The result provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation standard system of the green regeneration of old industrial buildings, and accelerates the generalization of the relevant works.
