精品论文 参考文献 试析临床护理路径在甲状腺手术患者中的应用 邢飞飞 　　中国人民解放军总医院 北京 100853 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨在甲状腺手术患者中，临床护理路径的实施所具有的应用价值。 方法：以我院收治的200例甲状腺手术患者为研究对象，在随机分组方法的帮助下将其均分为两组，一组为观察组，采用临床护理路径的护理模式，另一组为对照组，采用常规整体护理模式，比较如下指标：患者的平均住院天数、患者的平均住院费用、患者对护理的满意度、患者对健康教育知识的掌握情况。结果：在上述四大指标上，观察组患者的情况明显优于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对甲状腺手术患者进行护理的过程中，临床护理路径模式表现出了诸多优势，能够大幅提高护理工作质量，有助于患者的尽快尽好恢复，因而有必要予以更加深入的研究和完善，并加大临床应用及推广力度。 　　【关键词】临床护理路径；甲状腺手术患者；临床应用 　　【中图分类号】R473 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1764-8999（2015）7-0520-02 　　Analysis of clinical nursing path in patients with thyroid surgery 　　Xing fei-fei 　　（General Hospital of PLA, Beijing 100853, China） 　　【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate thevalue of clinical care path in patients with thyroid surgery.Methods: We chose 200 patients with thyroid surgery between January 2011 and November 2013 for the study, All of the patents were then divided randomly into two groups. one is observation group in which patients received care of clinical nursing path model the other group is control group using conventional whole model of care.The four compare indicators were used:the average hospital stays, average cost of hospitalization, patient satisfaction with care,the situation of health education knowledge grasped by patients.Results:The situation of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, based on the indicators mentioned above.(Plt;0.05) Conclusion: In the process of care for patients with thyroid surgery,the clinical care path pattern showed many advantages,It can significantly improve the quality of care and help patients make a good recovery as soon as possible,Further research is needed for clinical care path pattern.
