梧 州 学 院 毕 业 论 文 论文题目 中国未成年人网脉工程梧州实践基地 客户信息管理系统的设计与实现 系 别 计算机科学系 专 业 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师（签名） 完成时间 2010 年 月 摘要 科技不断发展、时代不断进步，市场经济的竞争也越来越激烈，越来越残酷。在竞争中客户作为市场的最重要的资源，早已成为企业市场营销的核心。在现有客户资源的基础之上，维护好老客户的关系，并且不断的发展新的客户，以企业高品质的产品、优质的服务、良好的信誉树立企业在客户心目中的良好形象；并以客户需求为己任，不断的创新与发展自身的产品，并规范企业内部的客户资源的管理方式、提升企业的客户服务质量，完善自身的不足，以满足客户的新需求。所以企业需要管理好自己与客户之间的关系。 本文将阐述在Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0开发环境下开发客户信息管理系统的过程，以及系统将要实现的功能，包括客户信息、客户反馈意见和工作人员信息的添加、修改和删除功能，以及系统管理员的添加操作员的修改密码的功能。前台采用Microsoft公司的Visual C++ 6.0开发，能够实现与后台使用的SQL Server 2000数据库无缝链接，以保证数据的安全、高效和稳定。本文最后对所开发的客户信息管理系统进行了测试，并对系统的结构以及性能做出了总结和评价，对后继的完善工作进行了讨论。 关键词：客户管理 SQL Server 2000 Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 The Designing and Realization of Clients’ Management System for China’s web-vein Project of Minors in Wuzhou Abstract With the development of technology and the advancement of times, the competition in the market economy has become more and more fierce and cruel.
