精品论文 参考文献 胸腰椎骨折患者的围手术期整体护理 雅安市人民医院 四川雅安 625000 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨围手术期整体护理在胸腰椎骨折患者中应用的可行性和有效性。方法：将我院2011年3月—2014年3月手术治疗的164名胸腰椎骨折患者随机分为两组，对照组给予围手术期常规护理，实验组给予围手术期整体护理，对比研究两组患者的临床护理效果。结果：两组患者均成功手术，对照组与实验组患者发生感染、深静脉血栓、尿潴留、腹胀和便秘等并发症的例数分别为：5:1,2:0,6:1,11:2。对照组与实验组患者对护理工作的满意度分别为85%与96%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05） 结论：对胸腰椎骨折患者采用围手术期整体护理可有效降低术后并发症的发生率，提高手术的安全性及成功率，增加患者对临床护理工作的满意度。 　　【关键词】 胸腰椎骨折；围手术期护理；整体护理 　　【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）6-0255-01 　　Thoracolumbar fractures in patients with perioperative holistic nursing 　　 Li YuPing 　　(Yaan Peoples Hospital of Sichuan Yaan 625000) 　　【Abstract 】purpose To explore perioperative holistic nursing in patients with thoracolumbar fractures the feasibility and effectiveness of application.
