摘要:目的:探究分析胸腔镜口食管癌切除术围术期的最佳护理措施。方法:选取2013.9-2015.9在我院收治的食管癌患者82例,随机分两组,每组各41例,分别为试验组、对照组,对照组采用常规护理,试验组进行围手术期护理,观察并比较两组患者的体液外渗、低体温、压疮的发生情况,以及引流量、住院时间。结果:试验组的体液外渗(7.32%)、低体温(4.88%)、压疮(26.83%)、引流量(157.03plusmn;40.21)ml、住院时间(12.02plusmn;3.41)d明显低于对照组的体液外渗(36.59%)、低体温(39.02%)、压疮(26.83%)、引流量(235.54plusmn;60.06)ml、住院时间(30.82plusmn;8.11)d,两组有显著性差异,统计学上有意义(plt;0.05)。结论:对食管癌根治术患者进行围手术期护理,能够有效降低体液外渗、低体温、压疮等情况的发生率,缩短患者住院时间。

Abstract Objective:To explore best perioperative nursing care for patients with thoracoscopic esophageal carcinoma resection. Methods:From September 2013 to September 2015,in the Cardiothoracic department of the affiliated hospital of Sichuan Medical University,82 patients with esophageal carcinoma were received. According to the principle of random allocation,all patients were randomly divided into the control group(41cases),and the experimental group(41cases). The control group received routine nursing care. The experimental group received peri- operative nursing care. The fluid extravasations,low temperature,pressure ulcers,drainage,and hospitalization time were record and compared between the two groups.
Results:In the experimental group,the incidence of fluid extravasation(7.32%),low temperature(4.88%),pressure ulcers(26.83%)and drainage(1.5703 + 40.21)ml,hospitalized time(12.02 + 3.41)d were significantly lower than that in the control group of incidence of fluid extravasation(36.59%),low temperature(39.02%),pressure ulcers(26.83%),drainage(235.54 + 60.06)ml,hospitalized time(30.82 + 8.11)d,the difference had statistical significance(P lt; 0.05). Conclusion:For patients with thoracoscopic esophageal carcinoma resection,the perioperative nursing could effectively reduce the incidence of fluid extravasation,low temperature,and pressure ulcers,and shorten hospitalization time.
