精品论文 参考文献 胸腔镜手术治疗孤立性肺结节的护理对策及效果观察 四川省达州市中心医院 635000 　　【摘要】目的：探讨胸腔镜手术治疗孤立性肺结节的护理对策并观察其治疗效果。方法：随机纳入2013年1月至2016年1月本院收治的孤立性肺结节患者54例，按照随机数表法将所有患者均分成试验组和对照组，对照组患者采用常规护理，试验组患者采用护理干预的方法进行治疗，观察比较两组患者的术中失血量、住院时间及术后胸腔引流管的时间和产生的并发症。结果：试验组患者的术中失血量、住院时间及术后胸腔引流管的时间均显著短于对照组患者，且试验组患者的并发症产生率显著低于对照组，P＜0.05，具有统计学差异。结论：合理的护理干预措施可以显著改善胸腔镜手术治疗孤立性肺结节的治疗效果，降低并发症的产生率，值得在临床应用上进行推广。 　　【关键词】胸腔镜手术；孤立性肺结节；护理对策 　　[Abstract]Objective：To investigate the nursing strategies for the treatment of solitary pulmonary nodules by video assisted thoracic surgery and observe the therapeutic effect.Methods：Randomly assigned between January 2013 and January 2016 in our hospital were the isolation of 54 patients with pulmonary nodules，according to the random indicator method all patients were divided into trial group and control group，control group were treated by routine nursing care，experimental group were treated by the method of nursing intervention on treatment，observe the comparison of two groups of patients with intraoperative blood loss，length of hospital stay and postoperative chest drainage tube time and complications.Results：Surgery for patients in the experimental group in blood loss，hospitalization time and postoperative chest drainage tube time were significantly shorter in the patients in the control group，patients in the test group and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group，P lt; 0.05，with statistical difference.Conclusion：Reasonable nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment effect of thoracic surgery in the treatment of solitary pulmonary nodules，and reduce the incidence of complications，it is worth promoting in clinical application. 　　[Key words] video-assisted thoracic surgery；solitary pulmonary nodule；Nursing countermeasure 　　【中图分类号】R959.45 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】2096-0867（2016）-08-114-01 　　 　　 　　孤立性肺结节（solitary pulmonary nodule，SPN）是指肺内单发的直径le;3 cm 的圆形或类圆形病灶，通常没有纵隔淋巴结肿大、肺不张、肺炎、胸腔积液等其他病变[1]。胸腔镜手术是一种新兴的外科微创手术，对孤立性肺结节的治疗有着显著优势，
