精品论文 参考文献 胆碱酯酶在细菌性不同炎症程度的患者中的表达差异 成都市金堂县第二人民医院 刘建梅 610404 【 中 图 分 类 号 】 Ｒ１５５． ３ 　【 文 献 标 识 码 】 Ａ 　【 文 章 编 号 】 １５５０ －１８６８（ ２０１５） １０ 摘要:目的:比较不同部位细菌感染炎症的患者的血清胆碱酯酶水平,分析胆碱酯酶对于细菌炎症及炎症程度的鉴别能力。方法:收集2013年12月至2015年1月以来入院诊断有不同部位细菌感染患者，按照不同部位的炎症程度（局部炎症和全身性炎症）分组讨论,分析胆碱酯酶在不同部位细菌感染及感染程度的表达差异,以APACHE-Ⅱ评分为标准,评价胆碱酯酶与白细胞﹑C-反应蛋白﹑降钙素原对患者炎症程度判定能力。结果：APACHE-Ⅱ评分系统在不同炎症程度的患者中表现出明显不同，且评分与炎症程度呈正相关；对于不同炎症程度患者胆碱酯酶的表达水平在不同的炎症程度呈现明显差异，且随着炎症的加重与炎症相关性.常规的炎症指标WBC计数，CRP及PCT的水平在不同感染部位中呈现与评分系统不同程度的相关性，仅有胆碱酯酶与评分系统在不同系统疾病的不同炎症程度中均呈现出相关性。结论：胆碱酯酶对于细菌性炎症程度的具有较好鉴别价值，且受到感染部位的影响较小。 关键词：胆碱酯酶；细菌性炎症；感染程度 The analysis of different expression of CHE in patients with different degree severity bacterial inflammation Abstract: Objective: To compare the serum levels of serum ChE in patients with different position bacterial, analyzed the identification ability of Che in the of bacterial inflammation and inflammation. Methods: collected patients with different bacterial infection position who were admissioned since January December 2012 to Junary2014 , grouped by according to the degree of inflammation of different positon bacterial infection (local inflammation and systemic inflammation) , analysised different exprssion of cholinesterase in patients with different position and degree of bacterial infection; the APACHE-II scores was ultilized to evaluated the identify ability of cholinesterase (CHE) and leukocyte, C-reactive protein (CRP), calcitonin peptide on the degree of inflammation in patients . Results: APACHE-II scoring system in patients with different degree of inflammation showed markedly different, and score and the degree of inflammation were positively correlated; for the expression levels of cholinesterase in patients with different degree of inflammation in different degree of inflammation showed significant difference, and correlation with inflammation.
