论标准化原理 张国庆 （安徽省潜山县林业局 安徽 246300 ） 摘要：标准化活动旨在维护社会公平，保障生态安全，促进经济有序发展。标准化和谐原理 是通过标准化活动，建立稳定健康的生态环境、文明和谐的社会、繁荣有序的经济，为人类 社会发展提供良好的物质基础与环境基础、清明的政治基础与和美的社会基础、繁荣有序的 经济基础。标准法治化原理，是指在标准化活动中，标准的制定需要法律作为依据，标准化 活动开展需要有法治作为保障。标准化系统原理，就是运用系统理论与技术，采取计划、组 织、监督、控制、调节等手段，对标准系统内部各要素间的关系以及同外部环境间的关系进 行协调，以充分发挥标准化功能，实现标准化目标。 关键词：标准化；和谐；发展；法治；系统；原理 Principles of Standardization Zhang Guoqing (Qiianshan County Forestry Bureau of Anhui Province) Abstract: Standardization activities designed to maintain social justice, protection of ecological security and promoting economic and orderly development. Standardization standardization activities through harmonious principle is to establish a stable and healthy environment, civilized and harmonious society, prosperous and orderly economic development of human society to provide a good basis for the material basis and the environment, clean political base and social foundation of beauty, prosperity orderly economic base. Standard principle of the rule of law, refers to standardization activities in need of legal standards as the basis for the rule of law needs to carry out standardization activities as a guarantee. Standardized system principle, is the use of systems theory and technology, to plan, organize, supervise, control, regulation and other means within the system to the standard relationship between the elements and the relationship between the external environment with the coordination to maximize the standardization of functions and achieve standardization goals.
