谈公共管理中政府丶市场丶非营利组织的协调合作问题——以我国农产品质量安全管理为例 谈公共管理中政府、市场、第三部门的关系问题 ——以我国农产品质量安全管理为例 摘要：从公共管理的角度考察，政府、市场与第三部门处于同等重要的地位，相辅相成，共同促进经济和社会的健康快速发展。只有在政府、市场与第三部门之间建立一个有效互动网络，使三者的优越性都得到充分发挥，从而逐步形成政府、市场与第三部门协调统一的局面，才能高效增进并合理分配社会利益。文章从理论上阐述了目前公共管理中政府、市场以及第三部门的协调合作问题，以我国农产品质量安全管理为例，分析了我国农产品质量安全管理的现状，针对我国农产品质量安全管理体系中存在的弊端，从理顺政府管理体系、协调政府与市场的关系、发挥第三部门的作用三方面提出了改善我国农产品质量安全管理的建议。 关键词：公共管理；政府管理；农产品质量安全管理；管理体系 Discussed in the Public Administration the Government, the Market, the Third Sector Relations ——Take Our Country Agricultural Product Quality Safety Control as an Example Student majoring in Public Administration TANG Dongfen Tutor LI Ming Abstract：From the perspective of public management study, the government, market and the third sector are of equal importance, complementary, and jointly promote the healthy and rapid economic and social development1.
