二 〇 〇 九 年 六 月 摘 要 对于火力发电机组，在系统组成与结构一定时，机组运行的安全性和经济性主要取决于锅炉安全经济的运行，而锅炉运行的安全性和经济性又主要取决于锅炉燃烧系统的性能。 本文结合燃煤锅炉运行的具体情况，以自动控制原理为基础，对锅炉燃烧系统的运行进行了深入的研究，主要内容为：描述了锅炉燃烧控制系统的工作过程及基本原理，分析了锅炉燃烧系统的动态特性并依托被调参数的特点介绍了不同类型锅炉控制系统的具体调节方案：1.炉膛负压控制系统采用以送风量为前馈信号，引风量为控制量的控制系统。2.烟气含氧量控制系统采用以烟气含氧量为主要调节量的控制系统。3.详细介绍了直吹式锅炉及燃油锅炉的负荷调节过程。4.以600MW锅炉机组的运行情况为例，具体分析了锅炉燃烧过程中燃料量、送风量、引风量的变化情况。5.采用工程整定方法对燃烧系统的参数进行了详细整定。同时文中还分析了目前燃煤锅炉所存在的问题及当前的发展前景，展望了循环流化床技术在锅炉燃烧过程中所起的重要作用 。 关键词：锅炉；自动控制；燃烧系统 Abstract In power plants, when the structure is in certain, the security and economy of the unit depends on the performance of the boiler.
