精品论文 参考文献 心理护理干预在冠心病患者中的应用分析 宣汉县中医院 四川达州 636150 摘要：目的：探究在冠心病患者的临床治疗中心理护理干预的应用效果。方法：2014年1月至2015年6月期间，我院心内科接受治疗的冠心病患者140例根据进入我院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组分别70例，对照组患者在治疗期间实施常规护理，观察组患者则在治疗期间进行心理护理，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果以及生活质量评分情况。结果：观察组患者的临床治疗效果97.1％明显高于对照组88.6％，差异显著符合统计学评估标准（P＜0.05），同时其生活质量评分明显低于对照组，差异显著符合统计学评估标准（P＜0.05）。结论：在冠心病患者的临床治疗中结合心理护理干预能够有效改善患者的临床治疗效果，同时改善患者的生活质量评分，值得在冠心病治疗中推广应用。 关键词：心理护理干预；冠???病；生活质量 【Abstract】 Objective：to explore in the clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease in the application effect of psychological nursing intervention.Methods：between January 2014 and June 2015，during our heart medicine for treatment of 140 patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） according to the order into our hospital were divided into control group and observation group 70 cases respectively，and the control group patients during routine nursing，the observation group received psychological nursing care during treatment，compared two groups of patients with clinical treatment effect and quality of life score.Results：the observation group of patients，the clinical treatment effect of 97.1% is significantly higher than control group 88.6%，significant difference in line with the statistical evaluation criteria （P lt; 0.05），at the same time，the quality of life score significantly lower than the control group，significant difference in line with the statistical evaluation criteria （P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：in the clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） combined with psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients，and improve the patients quality of life score，is worthy of popularization and application in the treatment of coronary heart disease. 【Key words】 psychological nursing intervention；Coronary heart disease （CHD）.The quality of life 冠心病作为一种心内科常见的慢性疾病，对人类的健康造成很大危害，尤其在中老年人群体中高发。本研究对一段时间内在我院心内科接受治疗的冠心病患者进行心理护理干预应用效果的探究，取得了满意效果，现对此做相关报道。 1 资料与方
