精品论文 参考文献 心理护理干预在子宫肌瘤手术患者围手术期的实施效果 张定英 　　（成都市金堂县妇幼保健院；四川成都610400） 　　【摘要】目的：分析患者在进行子宫肌瘤手术后围手术期实施心理护理干预的临床效果。方法：随机选取我院进行子宫肌瘤手术后的围手术期患者96例，将所有患者随机分为各含48例患者的对照组和试验组。对照组仅采取常规护理方法，试验组在对照组的基础上再给予一定的心理护理干预。对两组患者的焦虑情况以及抑郁情况进行评分，并对比分析两组患者的评定结果。结果：经过不同护理方法护理后，实施心理护理干预的试验组SAS评分以及SDS评分与对照组相比均明显偏低，P＜0.05，两组差异有统计学价值。另外，在护理组满意度的对比上，试验组97.92%的满意度要明显高于对照组83.33%，P＜0.05，差异有统计学价值。结论：在患者进行子宫肌瘤手术后，在围手术期对患者实施相应的心理护理是十分有必要的，对患者焦虑以及抑郁情绪有明显的缓解，而且还有助于患者的术后康复，值得在临床广泛推广。 　　【关键词】子宫肌瘤；心理护理；围手术期；临床效果 　　【Abstract】objective: Analysis of patients with uterine fibroids after surgery, the clinical effect of perioperative psychological nursing intervention. Method: Randomly selected from our hospital in uterine fibroids perioperative patients 96 cases after the operation, all patients of each containing 48 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.
