精品论文 参考文献 心理护理对血液净化患者的影响观察 王 影 　　成都大学附属医院肾内科 四川成都 610081 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨在血液净化患者临床护理当中，心理护理的应用效果和对患者心理状态的影响。方法：选取2013年10月至2014年10月我院收治血液净化患者80例，把这些患者分成观察组和对照组，每组有患者40例，对照组患者进行常规护理，观察组患者在进行常规护理之后实施心理护理，观察对比两组患者的心理状态评分情况和护理效果。结果：经过护理观察，在心理状态评分上，观察组明显优于对照组，在患者并发症发生情况上，观察组明显低于对照组，在护理满意情况上，观察组明显高于对照组。结论：在血液净化患者临床护理当中，应用心理护理不仅可以大大改善患者后期生活情况，还能优化患者心理状态，降低患者并发症发生率，值得临床大力推广。 　　【关键词】心理护理；血液净化患者；影响；效果；观察 　　【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1764-8999（2015）7-0490-02 　　【Abstract】Objective: to study the clinical nursing of patients with blood purification, and the application effect of psychological nursing and the impact of psychological state of patients. Selection methods: in October 2013 to October 2014, our hospital blood purification, 80 cases of patients, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, each group with 40 cases patients, control group patients with routine nursing, the observation group of patients in the conventional nursing care after implementation of psychological care, compared two groups of patients psychological status grading and nursing effect. Results: after nursing observation, the scores on the psychological state, observation group was better than control group, the patients with complications, observation group, significantly lower than the control group on the nursing satisfaction, observation group is significantly higher than the control group.
