精品论文 参考文献 心力衰竭患者血清N末端脑型钠尿肽水平的检测分析 徐善亮 　　（四川省大竹县人民医院 四川 大竹 635100） 　　【摘 要】目的：心力衰竭患者血清N末端脑型钠尿肽水平的检测分析。方法：选择114例在我院院诊治的心力衰竭（hronic heart failure，CHF)患者作为患者组，当中男性72例，女性42例，年龄段处于57～ 74岁。选择26例无心衰表现、无心脏病史、通过心动图检查室壁运动无任何障碍的健康人，其中男15名，女9名，年龄段处于55～ 75岁。通过电化学法测定患者组与对照组的血清N末端脑型钠尿肽的浓度水平以及研究CHF患者血清NT-proBNP水平与NYHA（美国心脏病协会分级方案）心功能级别的关系，从而作出综合判断。结果：患者组的NT-proBNP水平与对照组相比，显示明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；NYHA分级越高NT-proBNP水平也显著增高，两者呈现正相关，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：NT-proBNP的浓度水平对于心脏功能的评价客观准确，有着十分重要的意义。对于临床治疗心力衰竭提供可靠的实验指标。 　　【关键词】心力衰竭；N末端脑型钠尿肽；心功能分级 　　【中图分类号】R541 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1004-6194（2015）01-0065-01 　　 　　The detection and analysis of serum N in patients with heart failure objective terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide levels. The concentration of serum N terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide in patients group and control group by electrochemical method, and the levels of serum NT-proBNP in patients with CHF and NYHA (American Heart Association classification scheme) heart function level, so as to make a comprehensive judgment. Results patients in group NT-proBNP levels compared with the control group, showed significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (Plt;0.05); NYHA grade higher NT-proBNP level was significantly increased, which showed a positive correlation, the difference was statistically significant (Plt;0.05). Conclusion the level of NT-proBNP concentration of objective and accurate evaluation on cardiac function, has a very important significance.
