精品论文 参考文献 ICU病人呼吸道管理及其干预措施 马明星 李国蓉 (雅安市人民医院 四川雅安 625000) 　　【摘要】目的 研讨ICU病房的病人的呼吸道管理及其干预措施，降低呼吸道感染的相关因素，提高病人治愈率。方法　收集本院ICU 2012年3月至2013年3月住院病人共2920 例，随机分成2组，对照组1420 例按ICU护理常规进行护理，干预组1500例进行呼吸道管理，实施必要的护理干预。结果　对照组920 例带机病人，其中903例成功脱机，80例并发肺部感染，且其中17 例并发肺部感染并二次上机；另外500例未带机病人发生肺部感染58例；全组因肺部感染死亡2例。 干预组1000 例带机病人全部成功脱机，12例发生肺部感染，无二次上机病例；500例未带机病人发生肺部感染2例；全组无因肺部感染死亡病例。结论　通过对ICU病人实施必要的护理干预，病人肺部感染率大大降低，脱机成功率提高，病人治愈率提高。 　　【关键词】ICU病人 呼吸道 干预措施 　　【中图分类号】R473.6 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）31-0123-02 　　ICU patients with respiratory management and intervention measures 　　Ma ming-xing Li guo-rong 　　(The Hospital of Yaan, Yaan, 625000, China) 　　【ABSTRACT】 Objectives：Respiratory management and intervention on ICU patients reduce the related factors of respiratory infection, improve the cure rate of the patients. Methods：Collected from 2012 March to 2013 March ICU 2920 patients, randomly divided into 2 groups, 1420 cases in the control group according to the ICU routine nursing care, the intervention group of 1500 cases were respiratory tract management, the implementation of nursing intervention necessary. Results: A control group of 920 cases with patients, including 903 cases of successful weaning, 80 cases of pulmonary infection, 17 cases of pulmonary infection and ventilator therapy again; another 500 cases without machine patients had pulmonary infection in 58 cases; the whole group died from lung infection in 2 cases; 1000 cases in the intervention group successfully weaning, pulmonary infection occurred in 12 cases, no case ventilator therapy again; pulmonary infection in 2 cases 500 cases of patients without machine; there was no death from pulmonary infection. Conclusion：Through the implementation of nursing intervention necessary for ICU patients, patients with lung infection rate is reduced greatly, improve the success rate of weaning, and improve the cure rate of the patients. 　　【Key Words】 ICU patients air
