精品论文 参考文献 2012年度安康市法定传染病监测分析 金华英 （安康市疾病预防控制中心 725000） 【中图分类号】R181.8+1 【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）25-0113-03 【摘要】 目的 了解安康市2012年法定染病的流行特征和发病趋势，为制定防治对策和措施提供科学依据。方法 采用描述性流行病学分析方法对安康市2012年度法定传染病疫情进行统计分析。结果 2012年安康市报告乙丙类传染病23种12822例，报告发病率225.39/10万，死亡11例 ，报告死亡率0.42/10万。无甲类传病疫情，乙丙类传染病以血源及性传播疾病、呼吸道传染病为主。其中乙类传染病第1位为肝炎，报告发病率112.25/10万，第2位肺结核，报告发病率79.78/10万，第3位梅毒，报告发病率20.18/10万；丙类传染病第1位为其他感染性腹泻，报告发病率104.70/10万，第2位手足口病，报告发病率92.07/10万，第3位流行性腮腺炎，报告发病率31.49/10万。结论 预防和控制血源及性传播疾病、呼吸道传染病、肠道传染病是防控乙丙类传染病重点。 【关键词】 法定传染病 疫情 分析 Epidemic analysis on the notifiable infectious diseases in the city of Ankang in 2012 JIN Hua-ying Ankang Centre for Disease Control and Prevention,Ankang725000 ,Shaanxi Province,China 【Abstract】 Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and incidence trend of notifiable disease in the city of Ankang in 2012,and provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control mensures.Methods Data about reported incidence of notifiable infectious disease in the city of Ankang in 2012.Result In 2012 the city of Ankang report ethylene-propylene 23 kinds of infectious diseases 12822 cases, the reported incidence rate of 225.39/10 million, 11 cases of death, mortality rate of 0.42/10 million report. Without the class A infectious diseases outbreak. The class B and C infectious diseases mainly spread by in blood and sexually transmitted diseases and respiratory infectious disease. The class B infectious diseases in first patients of hepatitis, the reported incidence rate of 112.25/10 million, second pulmonary tuberculosis, the report incidence rate of 79.78/10 million, third syphilis, reported incidence rate of 20.18/10 million. The class C infectious diseases, first for other infectious diarrhea, reported incidence rate of 104.70/10 million, the second foot and mouth disease, reported incidence rate of 92.07/10 million, third mumps, reported incidence rate of 31.49/10 million.
