analysis are of sig nificant importance for t he ex ploring of t he mechanism of hydration of col
lagen prot ein , the controlling of t he size of molecules and the separation and t he purif icat ion
of hy drosated of collagen protein . T his paper separated hydrolyzed collag en prot ein of
pigskin by Sodium dodecyl sulphate- polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. T he result show s
ef fective separation could be achieved by SDS - PAGE under t he experiment conditions of
3% stacking g el, 10% separat ing gel .
