精品论文 参考文献 丹参多酚结合舒血宁治疗冠心病伴心衰的临床护理观察 杨 敏 [摘 要]目的 探讨丹参多酚结合舒血宁治疗冠心病伴心衰的临床护理措施及效果。方法 选取我院2012年3月至2014年3月收治的50例冠心病伴心衰患者为研究对象，按随机数字法将其分为两组，各25例，对照组患者行常规治疗及护理，观察组患者在对照组基础上给予丹参多酚结合舒血宁治疗及综合护理干预，对两组患者心功能相关指标及护理满意度进行比较。结果 观察组患者心功能改善各指标（VR、LVDd、LVEF及E/Ea）及护理总满意率均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 丹参多酚结合舒血宁能明显改善患者心功能，且给予综合护理干预能明显提高其治疗效果，值得在冠心病伴心衰患者中进一步应用。 [关键词]冠心病 心力衰竭 丹参多酚 舒血宁 护理干预 DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.1672-7088.2015.9.17 作者单位：311800，浙江诸暨，浙江省诸暨市中医医院 作者简介：杨敏（1979—），女，本科，浙江省诸暨市中医医院护理部主管护师。 Clinical Observation of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Polyphenols Combined with Shuxuening in Treating Heart Failure Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Its Nursing Yang Min Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols combined with Shuxuening injection in treating heart failure patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 50 heart failure patients with coronary heart disease in the authorrsquo;s hospital from 2012 March to 2014 March were selected and randomly divided into two groups, each with 25 cases. Patients in the control group received routine treatment and nursing while the observation group patients, based on the treatment of the control group, accepted the combination of Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols and Shuxuening treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention. The cardiac function indexes and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The heart function indexes and nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group (VR, LVDd, LVEF and E/Ea) was significantly better than the control group (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols combined with Shuxuening injection can significantly improve patientsrsquo; heart function, and comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, which is worthy of further application in heart failure patients with coronary heart disease.
