精品论文 参考文献 Endobutton袢钢板与锁骨钩钢板治疗新鲜肩锁关节脱位的疗效比较 丁文峰 宋国昱 朱益华 毕守盈（通讯作者） 　　（重庆市垫江县人民医院骨科 重庆 408300） 　　【摘要】 目的：比较Endobutton袢钢板与锁骨钩钢板治疗新鲜肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法：将我院骨科收治的68例新鲜肩锁关节脱位患者按照随机对照原则分为Endobutton袢钢板治疗组（观察组，34例）和锁骨钩钢板治疗组（对照组，34例），观察两组患者的术后并发症情况，采用Karlsson标准对肩关节功能进行评价。结果：观察组患者疗效优良率为97.1%，明显高于对照组患者的82.4%，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者术后并发症发生率方面的差异未见统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论： Endobutton袢钢板治疗新鲜肩锁关节脱位的疗效优于锁骨钩钢板治疗，且术后并发症较少，可在临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 新鲜肩锁关节脱位；Endobutton袢钢板；锁骨钩钢板；临床疗效 　　【中图分类号】R684 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）21-0178-02 　　Comparison of the efficacy of the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation Endobutton plate and clavicular hook plate 　　【Abstract】Objective To compare the curative effect of Endobutton plate and clavicular hook plate for treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods In our hospital were treated at the Department of orthopaedics of 68 cases of fresh shoulder lock joint dislocation were divided into endobutton loop steel plate in the treatment group (observation group according to the principle of randomized, controlled, 34 cases) and clavicular hook plate in the treatment group (control group, 34 cases), observe two groups of patients with postoperative complications by Karlsson standard to evaluate the function of shoulder joint. Results In the observation group, the excellent and good rate was 97.1%, significantly higher than those in control group 82.4%, there was significant difference between the groups (P lt; 0.05). Two groups of patients with postoperative complications. There was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05).
