精品论文 参考文献 Endobutton带袢钢板与锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折的临床疗效比较 丁文峰 宋国昱 朱益华 毕守盈（通讯作者） 　　（重庆市垫江县人民医院骨科 重庆 408300） 　　【摘要】目的：比较Endobutton带袢钢板与锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法：按照数字随机表法将我院骨科收治的74例锁骨远端骨折患者分为Endobutton带袢钢板治疗组（观察组）和锁骨钩钢板治疗组（对照组），每组各37例，术后对患者进行随访，观察骨折愈合时间，同时采用Constant-Muley评分标准对临床疗效进行评价。结果：观察组患者和对照组患者骨折愈合平均时间分别为（13.2plusmn;1.4）周和（13.6plusmn;1.7）周，组间差异未见统计学意义（P＞0.05）。观察组患者术后肩关节活动度及功能活动Constant-Muley评分优于对照组患者，Constant-Muley评分总分高于对照组患者，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论： Endobutton带袢钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折的临床疗效优于锁骨钩钢板，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】锁骨远端骨折；Endobutton带袢钢板；锁骨钩钢板；临床疗效 　　【中图分类号】R687 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2015）21-0129-02 　　To compare the clinical efficacy of Endobutton with plate and clavicular hook plate in treatment of distal clavicle fracture 　　【Abstract】Objective To compare the clinical effect of Endobutton plate and with clavicular hook plate in treatment of distal clavicle fracture. Methods According to the random number table method will be admitted to our hospital orthopedic 74 cases of distal clavicle fracture with endobutton tape loop plate fixation in the treatment group (observation group) and treated with clavicular hook plate group (control group), each each of 37 cases, after operation of patients were followed up to observe the fracture healing time, at the same time, the Constant-Muley scoring criteria to evaluate the clinical curative effect. Results The observation and control group, the average healing time of fracture patients were patients (13.2 plusmn; 1.4) and (13.6 plusmn; 1.7) weeks, no significant statistical difference between the groups (P gt; 0.05).
