精品论文 参考文献 AVE765C尿沉渣分析仪红细胞假阳性结果原因分析 青海省妇幼保健医院检验科（810007） 【摘要】 目的：对AVE765C全自动尿沉渣分析仪分析检测红细胞阳性标本结果进行人工显微镜镜检，探讨AVE765C全自动尿沉渣分析仪红细胞假阳性的原因。方法：收集2014年1-6月份本院住院患者送检的晨尿标本，用AVE765C尿沉渣分析仪测定，红细胞阳性标本进行人工显微镜镜检。结果：470例阳性标本中152例为假阳性，假阳性率为32.3％ ；其中108例可直接在AVE765C尿沉渣分析仪编辑屏幕上重新正确分类，假阳性率下降至12.2％ 结论：造成红细胞假阳性的原因有：霉菌、结晶、卵磷脂小体、精子头和脂肪滴等；在平时工作中，应不断积累经验，增强识别假阳性图像的能力，并同时结合人工显微镜复检，以进一步提高AVE765C尿沉渣分析仪检测结果的准确性。 【关键词】 AVE765C全自动尿沉渣分析仪 红细胞 假???性 原因分析 [中图分类号] R331 Analysis of reason about the false positive of red blood cells from AVE765C urinary sediment analyzer （Clinical Laboratory of Qinghai Maternal and Child Care Hospital 810000） Wang Gui-Ying [Abstract] Objective: the samples of positive red blood cells from AVE765c automatic urinary sediment analyzer were check again using microscopic examination in order to analysis the reason of false positive from the analyzer. Methods: the samples of morning urine from hospitalized patients from January to June in our hospital were analyzed using AVE765c automatic urine analyzer in 2014, and the positive samples of red blood cells from the analyzer were checked again using microscopic examination. Results: there are 152 samples of false positive from 470 positive samples, which the rate of false positive was 32.3%. There are 108 false positive samples can be directly corrected using edit screen, so the false positive rate can be decreased to 12.2%. Conclusions: there are many reason resulting in false positive of red cell such as yeast spores, crystal (especially calcium oxalate crystal), lecithin body, fat droplets etc. we should enhance the ability to discriminate false positive image through accumulating experience, and improve the detection accuracy of AVE765c urinary sediment analyzer combining with microscope recheck in practice.
