精品论文 参考文献 200例巨幼细胞贫血临床分析 熊风卫 吴广胜（通讯作者） 　　石河子大学医学院第一附属医院 血液内科 　　摘要：目的 回顾分析我院2005年12月—2013年12月住院确诊的巨幼细胞性贫血患者临床特点。方法 通过回顾性分析病史及有关辅助检查结果，了解本院收治的200例巨幼细胞性贫血患者的临床特点。结果 巨幼细胞贫血患者男性102例，女性98例；MA中重度贫血共177例；外周血至少一系异常者198例；单一叶酸缺乏者34例，单一VitB12缺乏者108例；外周血胆红素的测定中，至少有一项异常者共144例；167例患者中122例糖类抗原15-3呈阳性。结论 巨幼细胞贫血患者整体性别无明显差异，主要为中老年人且主要为中、重度贫血，我院患者以VitB12缺乏为主。MA与糖类抗原15-3有一定的相关性。巨幼细胞性贫血治疗效果较好，但却对人体有较严重的潜在危害，有较深的研究价值，值得我们在日常生活中注意，预防该病的发生。 　　关键词：巨幼细胞贫血；叶酸；VitB12；糖类抗原15-3；胆红素 　　[Abstract]Objective To retrospectively analyse the clinical features of the inpatients who were diagnosised of megaloblastic anemia.The inpatients were in our hospital in 2005 December - 2013 December.Methods By retrospective analysis the medical history and relevant auxiliary examination results of the patients，to understand the clinical characteristics of the 200 cases patients with megaloblastic anemia who were treated in our hospital.Results The results of the megaloblastic anemia in patients are that there are male 102 cases and female 98 cases；Megaloblastic anemia total of 177 cases are moderate anemia and severe anemia；there are 198 cases of peripheral blood at least one abnormal；single folic acid deficiency there are 34 cases and single VitB12 deficiency there are 108 cases；the testing result of peripheral blood bilirubin，there are 144 cases of at least one abnormal in total casea；the patients with the positive of carbohydrate antigen 15-3 are 122 cases in 167cases who examined this kind of index.Conclusion No significant difference between the patients with megaloblastic anaemia of sex in conclusion.Megaloblastic anemia of patients are mainly adult and old people in our hospital，and the degree of anemia is moderate anemia and severe anemia，in our hospital the patients of megaloblastic anemia give priority to with VitB12 deficiency.Megaloblastic anemia and carbohydrate antigen 15-3 are related to a certain degree.Megaloblastic anemia has a better therapeutic effect，but this type of anemia which has potenti
