精品论文 参考文献 90 例中医推拿结合药物穴位注射治疗肩周炎的临床可行性 北京中医药大学东方医院推拿理疗科 北京 100078 　　【摘 要】目的：探究应用中医推拿结合药物穴位注射治疗肩周炎的临床治疗效果。方法：选取2011年3月~2013年11月来我院就诊的90例肩周炎病患者作为研究对象，并且按照随机原则将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各45例。给予对照组单纯使用中医推拿进行治疗，给予观察组患者实施中医推拿结合药物穴位注射进行治疗。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.78%，对照组患者的治疗总有效率为64.44%，两组之间的差异显著具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在临床治疗肩周炎患者中应用中医推拿结合药物穴位注射的治疗方式取得良好的疗效，有效地改善了患者的临床症状，有利于促进肩周炎关节功能的恢复，且具有操作简单和复发率低的优势，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】中医推拿；肩周炎；药物穴位注射 　　【中图分类号】R274.9 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）6-0057-01 　　【Abstract】Objective: To explore the application of traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with the clinical therapeutic effect of acupoint injection for treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods: 90 cases ofscapulohumeral periarthritis patients from 2011 March ~2013 year in November to our hospital as the research object, and in accordance withthe principles of the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. Give the control group only use traditional Chinese massage treatment, the patients in observation group were given combined with acupoint injection for treatment of implementation of Chinese massage. Results: in the observation of patients in the treatment group the total effective rate was 97.78%, control group patients in the treatment group the total efficiency is 64.44%, the difference between the two groups was significantstatistically significant (P lt; 0.05).
