精品论文 参考文献 60例复杂型小儿高热惊厥转化为癫痫的相关因素调查分析 (商丘市第一人民医院儿一科 河南商丘 476100) [摘要] 目的:分析60例复杂型小儿高热惊厥转化为癫痫的相关因素。方法:回顾性分析2012年12月-2013年12月在我院进行治疗的60例复杂性高热惊厥患儿的临床资料，对相关因素进行调查分析。结果:神经系统异常高热惊厥患儿癫痫转化率（23.81%）较神经系统无异常高热惊厥患儿（0.00%）明显提高，差异显著（P＜0.05）；有癫痫家族病史高热惊厥患儿癫痫转化率（33.33%）较无家族癫痫病史患儿（2.22%）明显提高，差异显著（P＜0.05）；转化时间＜0.5h的高热惊厥转化为癫痫的转化率为（66.67%）较转化时间为0.5h、1.0h、2.0h及＞3h的明显提高，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论:神经系统异常、有癫痫家族病史及发热到惊厥时间短是导致复杂型小儿高热惊厥转化为癫痫的主要因素。 [关键词] 复杂型；小儿高热惊厥；癫痫；相关因素 Investigation and Analysis on the related factors of 60 cases of complicated febrile convulsion in children Meng Lei (Department of Pediatrics, Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital, Shangqiu, Henan 476100) [Abstract] Objective: to analyze the related factors of 60 cases of complicated febrile convulsion in children with epilepsy. Methods: the clinical data of 60 patients with complicated febrile convulsion in our hospital from December 2012 to December were analyzed retrospectively, and the related factors were investigated and analyzed. Results: conversion rate of neurological abnormalities in children with febrile convulsion and epilepsy (23.81%) compared with nerve system no abnormalities in children with febrile convulsion (0.00%) was obviously improved, and the difference is significant (P lt; 0.05); family history of epilepsy in children with febrile convulsion and epilepsy transformation rate (33.33%) than those without family history of seizures in children (2.22%) improved significantly, and the difference is significant (P lt; 0.05); transformation time lt; 0.5h febrile convulsion transformation for epilepsy conversion rate was (66.67%) than the conversion time is 0.5h, 1.0h, 2.0h and gt; 3H has improved significantly, the difference was significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: the nervous system abnormalities, the family history of epilepsy and the short time of febrile seizures are the main factors that lead to the transformation of complex febrile seizures into epilepsy.
