摘要 人的全面发展是人类生存和发展的理想目标，作为一个现实的历史过程，它是 随着生产的不断扩大和交往方式的不断发展逐渐实现的。随着数字网络技术的发展, 网络交往方式已经成为现代社会人类新的存在和活动方式，它是对传统交往方式的 丰富和发展。网络交往方式变革是人类交往史上的一次质的飞跃，深刻地改变着人 与人、人与社会乃至人与自然的关系，为实现人的发展从“以物的依赖性为基础的 人的独立性阶段”向“自由个性阶段”做出了必要的准备，极大地促进了人的全面 发展，主要表现在以下几个方面：网络交往促进了人的劳动能力的全面发展、人的 社会关系的全面发展和人的个性的全面发展。但是，网络交往本身也蕴涵着复杂的 矛盾，它对人的全面发展的影响是双重的，在对人的全面发展起到积极作用的同时， 也给人的全面发展带来了一定的负面影响。我们应该抓住机遇，迎接网络交往的挑 战，采取积极有效的对策增强其积极作用，同时尽可能规避其消极影响，努力促进 人的全面发展。 关键词：网络交往，人的全面发展，积极作用，负面影响，对策 摘要 圖 Y1806802 Abstract Humans all-round development is the ideal goal of human beings survival and development. And as a realistic historic process, it is realized gradually with the continuous expansion of production and the continuous development of communication way. Along with the development of digital network, network communication has become the new existence and activity way of modem society, it enriches and develops the traditional communication way. Network communication transformation is a qualitative leap of man’s communication history, it changes the relationship of man to man, man and society, and even man and nature profoundly, and it makes necessary preparation for realizing man’s development from “independence stage based on taking dependence of the thing” to “individuality stage”. Network communication promotes man’s all-round development vastly and main lies in the following aspects: it promotes man’s all-round development of labor capacity, social relations and personality. But it also contains complicated contradiction that its effect on man’s all-round development is dual, it both has positive and negative factor for man’s all-round development. And we should seize the opportunity to face the challenge of network communication, to enhance its positive factor by adopting effective countermeasure and to avoid its negative effect that to make efforts to promote man’s all-round development.
