大学教师论文：我国高校教师人力资本价值计量研究 【中文摘要】随着经济和社会的发展，社会发展对知识的依赖性越来越强，知识也在社会发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。人具有主观能动性和创造力，不仅承担着传播、创造知识的职能，还将这些知识资本运用到实践中去，产生了很大的经济效益。在这种情势下，人力资本的开发与管理备受关注，人力资本价值的计量理论研究和运用显得尤为重要，直接关系到人力资本价值的实现程度和经济效益。高校作为培养高知识水平人才的场所，高校教师作为教育的直接实施者，普遍具有较高的知识水平和良好素质，且具有创新能力。高校教师人力资本价值的实现对推动教育发展，乃至国家经济发展具有重要意义，因此对高效人力资本的研究显得十分必要，体现出较强的实践意义。本文从高校教师人力资本价值的计量角度出发，研究和探讨如何合理地计量高校教师人力资本价值。首先，通过总结已有文献，阐述国内外高校教师人力资本价值计量的进展与研究现状和现有高校教师人力资本价值计量方法与原理；通过对比揭示各理论的优点与局限性；在分析目前国内外教师人力资本价值计量现有方法的基础上，吸收经验与做法，构建新的计量方法与模型。 【英文摘要】With the development of economic and society, knowledge production and lifeis playing a more increasingly important role in the community.
