商业银行个人理财现状,问题及对策

摘 要 银行个人理财业务起源于瑞士,之后在美国、欧洲各国以及亚洲等经济较发达国家迅速推广,现已成为世界商业银行的一项主要业务。我国是从20世纪90年代开始开展银行个人理财业务,目前还处于起步阶段。我国商业银行陆续开办了个人理财服务,创办各种类型的理财中心、工作室,推出的理财产品种类繁多,在社会各个领域、各个层面受到广泛的关注。个人理财业务市场潜力巨大,现已成为各商业银行的竞争焦点。 同时,随着我国经济的迅猛发展,居民总体收入水平提高和居民消费观念转变,居民个人的理财意识不断增强。商业银行推出的个人理财业务适应了居民的投资理财需求和银行业务多元化的需要,国内金融市场出现大量的个人理财产品,个人理财业务交易规模发展迅速。目前,各商业银行竞相推出了各具特色的理财产品。 然而,纵观现今我国商业银行提供的理财产品和服务,不难发现其理财水平仍然较为低下,理财产品同质化严重,市场细分不足,缺乏专业理财师队伍,缺少信息技术支持,营销渠道不畅等问题。本文正是基于对这些问题的分析,同时借鉴个人理财业务发达国家和地区的发展经验,结合我国的具体国情,提出适用于我国商业银行个人理财业务发展的一些建议,以促进我国商业银行个人理财业务健康、快速地发展。 关键词: 商业银行;个人理财业务;理财产品 The Developing Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Commercial Bank’s Personal Finance Business Personal Financial Services started from Switzerland, promoted in the United States, Europe, Asia and some other developed countries, etc. It has become a major business in commercial banks. But it is still in its infancy in China. Domestic commercial banks have set up various types of financial centers, studios and supply a series of personal financial services. Personal Financial Services can catch more opportunities in financial market. It has become the competitive focus in commercial banks. With the average level of residents’ income and the total assets increased, domestic financial consumers attitudes has changed and individual awareness about finance management has grown. The scale of Personal Financial Services has developed rapidly in china. It has become the core competence in commercial banks’ retail business and financial operations. Nowadays, the financial products and services provided by commercial banks are lack of relevant professional management team, short of market segmentation, poor in marketing channels, etc. Based on these problems, the paper draw on experiences and lessons about advanced foreign countries and regions, combined with domestic national conditions, and then made recommendations applicable to personal financial business development in Chinas commercial banks.
