中药及心理干预治慢性乙型肝炎100例分析 　【摘要】目的：观察中药与心理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝功能，生存质量，HBeAg的影响。方法：100例患者随机分干预组和对照组各50例，对照组用甘草酸二铵注射液，硫普罗宁注射液，复方丹参注射液静脉点滴，干预组在对照组基础上服柴贝四逆饮并进行心理干预，测定两组治疗前后，肝功能与生存质量水平及HBeAg阴转情况。结果：近期疗效，干预组肝功能正常率90%，生存质量提高率94%，HBeAg阴转率4523%对 照组肝功能正常率62%，生存质量提高率62%，HBeAg阴转率10%，干预组明显高于对照组(Plt;0.05)。远期疗效，干预组肝功能复发率10%，生存质量下降率15%，对照组肝功能复发率42．11%，生存质量下降率47.37%，干预组明显低于对照组(Plt;0．05)。结论：中药与心理干预能显著改善慢性乙型肝炎患者的肝功能，提高生存质量，促进HBeAg阴转。 【关键词】柴贝四逆饮；慢性乙型肝炎；肝功能；生存质量 【Abstract】Objective:The observation Chinese native medicine and the psychology intervene to the chronic hepatitis B patient liver function, the survival quality, the HBeAg influence.
