单味中药金钱草、石韦、车前子对大鼠肾结石肾保护作用实验探究 　 作者：邵绍丰 张爱鸣 刘 耀 翁志梁 李澄棣 【摘要】 目的：观察单味中药金钱草、石韦、车前子对大鼠肾结石模型肾的保护作用。方法：90只大鼠随机分为五组,采用1.25%乙二醇和1%氯化铵制备大鼠肾结石模型。造模同时用上述三种单味中药的免煎剂型分别按剂量给各中药组大鼠灌胃，模型组给予生理盐水灌胃，枸橼酸钾组用枸橼酸钾灌胃。4周后观察各组大鼠肾脏损伤情况。结果：各中药组大鼠肾脏损伤情况(肾充血、炎细胞浸润、肾小管扩张)明显轻于模型组(Plt;0.05)，与枸橼酸钾组相当。大鼠肾脏损伤表现为肾皮质明显充血，近曲小管水肿，髓质充血，间质水肿，远曲小管可见草酸钙结晶，程度不等的炎性细胞浸润，乳头管也可见结晶，肾盏内见脱落细胞。结论：单味中药金钱草、石韦、车前子对大鼠肾结石有良好的肾保护作用，促进尿中草酸钙结晶排泄可能是其作用机制。 【关键词】 大 鼠 肾结石 金钱草 石 韦 车前子 枸橼酸钾 　　Abstract Objective:To investigate the protection effect of Chinese herbs Christina loosestrife,Pyrrosia and Plantago on kidney injury in experimental rats with calcium oxalate stones.Methods:Calcium oxalate stoneinduced kidney injury in 90 male SD rats was induced by injection of 1.25% ethylene and 1% ammonium chloride.Rats with kidney injury were randomly divided into 5 groups.Of them,3 groups were treated with Christina loosestrife,Pyrrosia and Plantago,respectively,rats in the positive control group were given tripotassium citrate,and the model group was given saline.All rats were treated for 4 weeks before execution.Results:The kidney injury in rats of Chinese herbs was significantly milder than that in the model group (Plt;0.05),similar to that in the tripotassium group.Pathology showed congestion in renal cortex vessels,edema of proximal convoluted tubule,congestion in renal medulla,interstitial edema,oxalate crystallization and inflammatory invasion in distal convoluted tubule,oxalate crystallization in teat duct,and exfoliated cells in renal calyceal in kidney injury rats.Conclusion:Chinese herbs Christina loosestrife,Pyrrosia and Plantago can lessen the kidney injury in rats with calcium oxalate stones.The underlying mechanism may be to increase the excreting of calcium oxalate stone in rat’s urine. 　　Key words rat renal calculi Christina loosestrife Pyrrosia Plantago tripotassium citrate 　　泌尿系结石是泌尿外科常见病、多发病，我国泌尿系结石发病率为1%～5%。有关单味中药防治肾结石的现代研究报道较少。本研究通过动物实验验证单味中药金钱草、石韦、车前子对大鼠肾结石模型肾的保护作用，现报道如下。 　　1 材料与方法 　　1.1 实验动物 雄性SD大鼠90只，体重180～220g
