小儿皮肌炎的预后及随访（Prognosis and follow-up of juvenile dermatomyositis） Prognosis and follow-up of juvenile dermatomyositis 2010-08-01 Lu Yan, Ma Songchun, He Xiaohu Our hospital nearly 15 years hospitalized for children with dermatomyositis (JDM) in 79 cases, we recently followed up the long-term effect of patients, including 53 cases with follow-up, the follow-up results were reported as follows. 1 data and methods 1.1 cases: case 79 cases of dermatomyositis patients hospitalized from 1977 to 1992, outpatient follow-up letters and 53 cases with follow-up follow-up. Among them, 19 cases were followed up for 5~10 years, 11~15 cases in 24 years, 10 cases in 16~20 years. The patients were divided into group A (regular treatment group) and group B (irregular treatment or self stopping group).
