西华大学毕业设计说明书 摘 要 此次毕业设计主要是针对桥梁支座孔加工机床电气控制系统设计，由于传统的单面钻床不能满足高效率生产要求，因此提出双面钻床电气控制系统设计。此次设计中双面钻床采用可编程控制器（PLC）控制，其中工作台运动控制是整个设计的核心，普通的异步电机根本无法满足定位精确的要求，因此采用步进电机实现。由于这个设计需求精度较高，所以所有限位开关均采用接近开关。另外不同批次加工时需要调整限位开关位置，因此设计中还提出点动控制方案，方便调试。 【关键词】桥梁支座、双面钻床、可编程控制器 [键入文字] Abstract This graduation design is mainly directed against the bridge bearing hole processing machine tool design, the traditional single drilling can not meet the requirements of high efficiency production, so the two at the same time drilling processing automation production. The design of double sided drilling machine with programmable controller ( PLC ) control, wherein the table motion control is the core of the whole design, the ordinary asynchronous motor can’t meet the requirement of accurate positioning, so it is necessary to use the stepper motor to achieve. Due to the design requirements of higher precision, so all limit switches are used to switch. In addition different batch processing needs to adjust the position of the limit switch, so the design is also put forward to move the control scheme, convenient debugging. This article through to the double-sided drilling structure and motion is introduced, using stepper motor and drive with control table movement and PLC overall control scheme. Design of stepper motor is connected with the drive circuit, touch screen control panel and electrical principle diagram of control system, according to the double sided drilling motion analysis and requirements, design movement flowchart, electrical control system and model selection of hardware, software program, and ultimately through the force control configuration software for double sided drilling simulation, debugging. The double-sided drilling design is mainly in the traditional processing for further improvements, to achieve high efficiency, high precision, automation needs.
