Z350纳米复合树脂前牙美容修复临床效果研究[摘要]目的：探讨Z350纳米复合树脂修复前牙的美观满意率和疗效。方法：160颗需要进行修复的前牙随机分为两组，即实验组和对照组各80颗，分别采用Z 350纳米复合树脂和Z250复合树脂修复，修复完成时及修复1年后进行患者和医生对修复体的美观满意率调查，并进行修复效果的成功率检查。结果：修复完成时两组的医、患美观满意率均无显著性差异。修复1年后Z350纳米复合树脂组的修复成功率和医、患美观满意率均比Z250复合树脂组的高，差异有显著性。无论在修复完成时或修复1年后，患者对修复体的满意率均低于医师，但无显著性差异。结论：Z350纳米复合树脂修复前牙1年后的美观满意率和成功率均比Z250复合树脂的高，但患者对修复体的美观满意率要较医师的低。 [关键词]Z350纳米复合树脂；Z250复合树脂；前牙修复；美观满意率；疗效 [中图分类号]R783 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2009）03-0369-03 Clinical evaluation of Z350 nanofiller resin compostite in anterior teeth restoration DUAN Chang-hua1,TANG Kai-hong2 （1.Xiang Yang Hospital of Foshan,Foshan 528000,Guangdong,China;2.Stamotological hospital of Foshan,Foshan, Guangdong） Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of Z350 nanofiller resin compostite in anterior teeth restorations. Methods 160 anterior teeth that needed to be restored were divided into two groups randomly. One group was treated with Z350 nanofiller resin compostite, the other was treated with Z250 resin compostite. The ratios of clinical artistic satisfactory were investigated rightly after the treatments and after one year later, and the ratios of success were investigated one year later either. Results The ratios of clinical artistic satisfactory in or between the two groups have no marked difference rightly after the treatments. After one year, the ratios of both success and clinical artistic satisfactory in the Z350 group were higher than the Z250 group, and the differences were marked. No matter when you check the artistic satisfactory, the ratios in the patients are lower than the doctors’, though the differences were not marked. Conclusion The ratios of success and clinical artistic satisfactory in anterior teeth restoration with Z350 nanofiller resin compostite were higher than that with Z250 resin compostite,but the ratios of clinical artistic satisfactory of the patients were lower than that of the dentists.
