52例女性生殖器结核临床研究【中图分类号】R575 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672－3783(2011)11－0045－01 【摘要】目的:探讨女性生殖器结核（FGTB）的临床特点和诊治依据，减少误诊以提高诊治水平。方法? 对2001年1月至2011年6月我院收治的52例女性生殖器结核患者的病史、临床表现和诊治经过做回顾性分析。结果 ?（1）生殖器结核以农民多见。初步诊断生殖器结核16例，准确率为30.7%(16/52)。52例病例中以不孕症、月经失调、盆腔包块为主诉而就诊者最多，共占95%；（2）34例剖腹探查病理分析确诊，10例诊断性刮宫及宫腔镜检查活检确诊，8例诊断性抗结核治疗有效确诊，确诊后治疗效果满意。结论? 女性生殖器结核临床表现多样，以不孕、月经失调、盆腔包块等多见，无特异性。需提高对盆腔结核的认识，综合分析病史、症状及相关辅助检查。对于诊断不明者可行腹腔镜或剖腹探查术，尽快明确诊断，提高诊断率。 【关键词】女性生殖器结核；临床分析；诊断 Clinical Analysis of 52 Female Genital Tuberculosis Wu Hua-Ying,Chen En,Chen Jin-Lan 【Abstract】Objective：To Explore the clinical characteristics and diagnosis of female genital tubercunitalosis, reducing misdiagnosis basis to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment. Methods To the medical history, clinical manifestation and making a diagnosis and giving treatment through making reviewing analysis of 52 female sex organs tuberculosis patient that the our academy accepted for medical treatment from January of 2001 to June of 2011. Results ?( 1) Genitals tuberculosis is seen more with peasants. Diagnose 16 cases of tuberculosis genitals tentatively, the rate of accuracy is 30.7% (16/52) . Conclusion Female genital tuberculosis is various in clinical manifestation, wrap up lumps etc. to see more with infertile, menoxenia, pelvis, there is no specificity.
