The catering industry as a service industry, is an important branch of the consumer market, has huge potential to resist the impact of the economic cycle industry advantage and start the mass consumer market, stimulating consumption and become an important means to implement the holidays to protect the peoples livelihood policy. Therefore, attention should be paid to the important role of the catering industry in stimulating domestic demand and expanding consumption, promoting the healthy and coordinated development of the catering industry, and ensuring the effectiveness of measures to cope with the international financial crisis. As a measure of Chinas response to the international financial crisis, the importance of stimulating domestic demand is self-evident.
