Energy policies of China and implementation effect;During the period of the 11th Five-Year Plan, small thermal power generating units with a total installed capacity of 72100MW were shut down in China and the task of shutting down 50000MW units during the period of the 11th Five-Year Plan was overfulfilled in advance.
