摘要:智能电网背景下的电力系统经济调度是在满足系统正常运行的条件下,兼顾经济性、安全性、机组效率、调度公平、节
能减排等因素,给出具体的发电计划。以发电成本和环境补偿成本最小为目标,建立了电力系统环境经济调度模型,并提出了
求解该模型的自适应混沌克隆选择算法。该算法采用混沌策略初始化种群,并重新定义抗体和抗原的亲和度,通过抗体浓度自
适应调节克隆倍数,最后加入了双重算子变异。以6机组和10机组系统为算例进行仿真计算,结果证明了该算法的可行性和有
效性。
