The proposed m ethod encodes each view independently at the senders, and perform s joint decoding w ith side inform ation interpolated from adjacent view s at the receiver. Through comparing the quantized DCT coefficients, the proposed RO I-basedW yner-Ziv cod ingm ethod can avoid to encod ing the regionsw ith little changes.
